Menopause In the Workplace
Break the Silence.
Menopause is a natural transition, yet many women struggle with symptoms at work in silence—impacting wellbeing, confidence, and performance. With women over 40 forming a significant part of today’s workforce, it’s essential that employers understand menopause and create supportive, informed cultures.
I provide corporate talks and training sessions that help organizations:
-
Understand peri-menopause and menopause
-
Reduce stigma and open healthy conversations
-
Support employees with practical, compassionate strategies
-
Create an inclusive culture where women can thrive
Together we can remove the stigma. and support women.
As women now represent nearly half of the workforce—and every woman will experience perimenopause or menopause during her career—it’s essential that workplaces understand the impact of this universal transition. Yet nearly 70% of women don’t feel comfortable discussing their symptoms at work, even though as many as one in four report that those symptoms affect their performance. Research shows that when women feel safe to speak openly about menopause, productivity increases, absenteeism drops, and retention improves. Supporting open dialogue about menopause isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s a smart workplace strategy.
